The Mangrove Snake (Boiga dendrophila melanota) which can be found in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, mostly in lowland jungles and mangrove swamps. It feeds on rodents, birds and eggs. Mildly venomous and a favourite item for snake charmers
